Hi Hi Happy is a story (that has not yet been) made by Marvin (me) with help from Rex (Rexalted). It's about a young humanoid named Welles, triversing the strange and scary world of Minihaven, a urban-ish town near the New York area of the USA. But the scariest thing about this world is probably Welles herself, as she has a huge lust for blood, violence, and pleasure. You'll meet her many friends, enemies, and unborn children along the way.
